Membership
TSANZ Membership is open to all providers and suppliers of telecare services and products. To become a member the applicant must be or intend to be a provider of Telecare Services in NZ (Corporate Member) or be a supplier to the industry (Associate Member)
Corporate members have voting rights, Associate Members do not. All members are required to adhere to the TSANZ Rules and the Code of Professional Responsibilty.

When providing Telecare services, Corporate members are required to follow the Association's quality standards, policies and procedures (Rules of the Association, Code of Professional Responsibility, and Part 1 & Part 2 of the Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS) specification).

All Corporate members are required to undertake an independent third party audit when they become members, followed by biannual compliance audits.
